UPDATE:

The utility statements have now been mailed out.

With that said, there are a couple notes of interest:

1. The due date states 5/22/24 instead of 5/20/24 and that is acceptable.
2. The message that "Auto-pay will be deducted on/around the 20th" is not on the statements (by mistake), but ALL regular auto-pay accounts will be deducted as normal on the 20th.
